We are most grateful for your interest in what we believe is an extremely important and woefully overlooked aspect of life in America. In recent months, the concept of homeownership has gone from a uniquely American ideal to a politically divisive talking point. What’s lost in the debate are the many families who are seeing their opportunity to own a home of their own disappear right before their eyes.

 Please check back with us as we continue to load our content and begin to address this tragedy that has gripped our country. There is much to discuss.  And like so many things, there are points of view that are being lost amid the partisan debates, media talking heads and commentator rants.  At the end of the day, we should all have our voices heard.  Please let us hear yours.

 If implemented, the Blueprint for Homeownership educational outreach program would be made available to over 12 million under-served prospective homeowners and over 4 million existing homeowners every year.  This five-part program covers topics including the homebuying process, understanding mortgages, the ins-and-outs of credit, household budgeting, avoiding predatory lending and foreclosure, and much, much more.  The program has been designed to create a more informed new home buyer;  One who can better understand the many factors required to obtain a home and, most importantly, remain a homeowner.

 In recent months, many high-ranking government officials have voiced the need for programs that can help prevent a repeat of the damage caused by the current housing crisis.  The Blueprint for Homeownership represents an important part of meeting that clearly demonstrated need.
